Annual family art workshop on Saturdays in November at Museo Moderno.
A guess
An afternoon: a focused but friendly mood, where you meet people through the topic. Probably curious people, easy to start talking with. In Buenos Aires people dine late and go out after 23:00.
A guess from the kind of event, the hour and the city, not from the organizer.
