A guess
An afternoon: live sound and people who came for the music. Probably a mix of regulars and people trying it for the first time. In Cusco, evenings gather around the Plaza de Armas and San Blas, with many travelers.
A guess from the kind of event, the hour and the city, not from the organizer.
